Due to our 40 years of combined construction experience the management process has specialized itself to provide better control and time bound production. As a result, we become a key member of the project team, from early stages and offer a controlled pre–construction process.
We work alongside of the design team to anticipate and resolve problems and give right direction to the project. We provide preliminary budget estimates, produce and monitor schedules, provide sub trades, supervise construction quality with value engineering, approve payments to subs and other tradesmen.
Construction management with trained and experienced professionals helps the clients to manage the project risks, schedule, and quality and budget much more effectively.
We can also achieve complete leasehold/renovations by tendering the jobs to pre-selected and qualified sub-trades.
We are insured and work with all insured sub trades only. On-project safety insurance and WSIB clearance are essential parts for each one of our sub trades.
